Airkey was founded and focused on installation of general air conditioner and electromechanical installation engineering business.
Airkey was restructured and focused on installation of clean room air-conditioners and clean room engineering project.
Airkey signed contract with SONY regarding SONY’s LEM project and became SONY’s clean room project provider.
A factory was launched in Tangwei(in Bao’an)to manufacture clean room equipment. Ever since then, Airkey have been making increasing progress in clean room equipment business.

Airkey obtained Electromechanical Installation Class III qualification and Safety Production License issued by Guangdong Provincial Construction Department.
Headquarters moved to a Grade-A office building in Houhai, Nanshan, which laid a solid foundation for Airkey’s long-term development.
A new factory was launched in Baishixia Development Zone and manufacture hepa filters; imported NC machine Amada for sheeting processing.
